Improved modules and functions

Intouch is our process visualization software that enables monitoring, data recording and remote maintenance of all processes. For the user, all information is clearly summarized on one display. Our solution has been further developed and the results are not only very user-friendly, but they also bring significant advantages for quality assurance and documentation requirements. In four short videos covering the areas of workspace, event list, Excel and time scaling, we briefly and concisely demonstrate the new features in the application.

Workspace

Since users have different requirements in terms of a clear display, thanks to the further development a personalized default setting can now be configured. This means that the relevant work area (selection of process values, event list, etc.) can be viewed in each case. In concrete terms, this means that a plant operator, for example, only wants to view the process, while a quality controller focuses on special events and needs product data assignments in order to initiate inspections. Individual presetting saves time and facilitates handling.

Eventlist

New feature: The event list has been added to quickly and precisely display events and quality-relevant points and find them in the plant history or for specific batches. This works with just a few clicks and without time-consuming searching.

Excel

The new "Excel" function now creates a report of the batch data, product data, condition, history like status of the plant over the displayed area. Events during that batch are also logged to provide additional information to the user.

Time scaling

With the addition of time scaling, a condition/situation can be examined and analyzed down to the seconds range. Troubleshooting and quality control are thus simplified.
