Welcome to the new edition of Meeting Point – with fresh stories, international projects and practical technological expertise from Schröter. In this issue, we will take you on a journey through several countries, partnerships and innovation approaches – from Brazil, to Greece, to Japan.
Our customer story takes us to Greece; Alexandroupoli to be precise. There, the company Luncheon Meat produces with individually planned Schröter systems – including hot-smoke cooking systems with a sophisticated transit solution for a reduced footprint, and wood-chip smoke generators. There is also news from South America: With its experienced partner Metal Marc, Schröter is significantly expanding its market presence in Brazil. The cooperation promises not only technological proximity, but also customer proximity – an important milestone for strategic development.
Another technology topic is the focus of our product report: The new CLIMAjet® NR Tower has been specially developed for large transport units such as overhead rail systems and high racks. It features an impressive space-saving design, smart air flow and maximum efficiency. We are also committed to training future generations in practice and technology: With the new FoodLab at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences, Schröter is actively supporting practical training in food technology. This edition is rounded off with a special partnership story: Since the 1980s, we have maintained a close, trusting relationship with our Japanese partner Kanematsu KGK – characterized by technical excellence and close personal contact.
